Ice skates laces trouble?

I have ice skates. I need new laces. I measured my old laces. They are 64%26quot;. I looked on a lot of sites and the smallest size is 96%26quot;. Am I measuring wrong? Does anyone know a place that sells 64%26quot; or a little bit bigger? HELP!!!!!!!!

I%26#039;d go ahead and remeasure the length just to make sure that you have measured correctly, but it is possible that they are shorter. Here are a few places that sell laces similar sizes http://www.skate-buys.com/laces1.html

Reply:Go to a local rink and ask. They could probably help you. I bet a lot of people have the same problem.

Reply:Well worst comes to worst, you can trim the longer laces to fit. But try your local skate shop, they will most likely have the correct length, and if they don%26#039;t, they can direct you to someone who would.
Reply:The smallest laces I%26#039;ve ever seen are 72%26quot;. Are you sure you measured them right? What size are your skates?
Reply:At Skatebuys, they have a 63 inch figure skate laces . . . with the next size going up to 72 inches.

But do remeasure just to be sure. Get someone else to measure too for a second opinion!

Hope that helps!
